What locals store
Bradford customers are often online sellers and small wholesalers positioning stock with fast motorway access, alongside households that want a bigger, cheaper container than the city self-storage buildings offer.
Every container comes with a padlock supplied by us, sits behind a gated yard with 24/7 motion-sensing CCTV, and runs on rolling monthly terms with just 14 days' notice. More questions? See our FAQs.
Local detail
If you're in south Bradford, we're closer than the map suggests. Wibsey, Odsal and Buttershaw (BD6) pick up the M606 at Odsal and are with us in around fifteen minutes. Low Moor and Wyke (BD12) are nearer still - twelve minutes down to Chain Bar and one junction west. Coming from Great Horton or Clayton, the A641 through Wyke avoids the motorway altogether.
Bradford brings us more business storage than anywhere else we serve. Wholesalers and online sellers around BD4 and BD12 use containers as overflow stock space - somewhere to hold a bulk buy without committing to another unit on an industrial estate. No business rates, no service charge, no dilapidations bill at the end, and 14 days' notice instead of a term of years. Because access runs around the clock, you can pick orders at six in the morning or ten at night without asking anyone.
Quick answers
Fifteen minutes or so from the south of the city - the M606 down to Chain Bar, then one junction west on the M62, or the A641 straight through if the motorway is busy. Wibsey, Wyke and Low Moor are the quickest starting points.
A lot of our Bradford customers do exactly that. You get 24-hour access, so you can pick and pack around your own hours, and you can take a second container when the season demands it and drop back to one afterwards - which a lease won't let you do.
It's £150, taken with your first payment, and it comes back to you in full when you leave - provided the container is emptied and left as you found it. It isn't rent in advance and it isn't an admin fee.
Fourteen days, running from the day we receive it rather than to the end of the month. Rent runs by the calendar month, so if you know you're going it's worth telling us at least 14 days before the month ends.
We supply a good padlock with every container, so there's nothing to buy on the way. Your own contents insurance is your responsibility - most home policies extend to goods in storage, but it's worth a call to your insurer to check rather than assume.
