General use of the Site

Our storage facility is a hard standing, fenced, secured compound made up of 20ft containers. It is very much a working site with many customers coming and going as they please, which means at times it can be busy.

Therefore, we ask that all of our customers take into consideration how they use and move on site in such a manner that it does not impede others.

 All customers are expected to leave the site clean and tidy, taking any rubbish with you and leaving the site how you found it. Please ensure that your belongings aren’t kept outside your container when you’ve left the site. Any items left outside your container  (unless we have been notified) may be disposed of and you may be invoiced for any costs incurred in doing so. There are no bins provided.

Parking

Please be aware of your parking when you visit the site and don’t affect the local community. We ask you to bring your vehicle into the site when visiting. No vehicles are to be left overnight or unattended unless given permission to do so. Please do not park across the entrance, this must be clear at all times.

Security

Our gates are automated. Permission to access the site can only be given by the landlords and must be verified by the client.

The gates close behind you for security reasons when arriving and leaving the site. So please make sure you have the means to enter or exit the site with you (i.e. your phone).

The site is well lit, however there is no lighting inside the containers.

The site has monitored CCTV

Facilities

The site is fully floodlit and monitored by CCTV 24/7. There are no other utilities on site.

Insurance

We accept no liability for the contents of your container or vehicles on site. If you wish for your contents to be insured, we do not provide insurance for any contents or vehicles, or anything left on site. We advise that you insure your own belongings if you wish.
