GETTING STARTED

HOW DO I GET STARTED?

Once you decide to go ahead, we will take two forms of ID, your refundable deposit and your first month’s hire. The lock and key will then be provided on site at a time of your convenience.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS?

Yes! Discounts are available if you wish to pay upfront for 6 or 12 months. We also offer discounts for multi-lets.

WHAT ID DO YOU REQUIRE?

We require a form of photo ID and proof of address, this could be a utility bill or bank statement.

HOW DO I PAY?

Hire is charged from the first day of the month, you can make payment via Bank Transfer or cash.

SECURITY

DO YOU OFFER INSURANCE?

We do not insure the contents of your container, as we do not know the value. We would recommend you arrange your own insurance.

CAN I USE MY OWN LOCK?

Locks and keys are all provided by us and are returnable at the end of your hire. The cost of your lock is factored into the initial refundable deposit.

IS THE SITE PROTECTED BY CCTV?

Yes, we have installed brand new high-end CCTV and floodlighting to ensure your peace of mind, as well as making the gates accessible only by our members.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE MY KEY?

Don't worry, we can get another key cut for a small fee, just contact us and we will be happy to help.

MY CONTAINER

HOW MUCH CAN I FIT INTO MY CONTAINER?

20ft containers can typically fit the contents of a 3-4 bedroom house.

ARE THE CONTAINERS LIT AND COVERED BY CCTV?

The site is well lit, and covered by CCTV, however the inside of the containers are not. You can use your own battery powered lights / cameras inside your container if you wish.

WHEN CAN I ACCESS MY CONTAINER?

Access for members is 24/7! You can come and go as you please, we would just ask that you follow site guidance and respect other members and our neighbours as you use our site.

HOW DO I LEAVE?

Simply give us 7 days’ notice and we will be happy to refund your deposit upon inspection
